Week 1: Monday: Psalm 103:1-22
ReplyDeleteIn this passage it talks about the Lord. It talks about how he is so kind and compassionate. It says he redeems our lives from the pit and crowns us with love and compassion.It talks about how he has established his throne in Heaven. It says many other things too. I understand God better with the line that says "As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him. It shows how loving he is.
Week 1: Tuesday: Psalm 139:1-24
ReplyDeleteIn this passage It says that God knows us so well. It says before we say a word he knoows the word. IT says that his knowledge is to wonderful for us. He is always by us where ever we are. The darkness is not dark to him. It is as bright as day. We can't hide from God. It says if only he would destroy the wicked. I feel like God is there. I feel like he knows me better than I know myself. He loves me soo much

ReplyDeleteIn this passage it says I will praise and exalt him. He is worthy of our praise. He is good to everyone including the wicked. God is trustworthy. He is righteous. I need God's quality of being compassionate to all. I am not very nice to everyone. I try to be as nice as possible. I just am sometimes in a bad mood or don't like that person. I try not to be rude.
Week 1: Thursday: Prvb 4:1-27
ReplyDeleteIn this passage it says to listen to God. He gives us instruction. Do not forsake his teachings. It says love your mother and she will protect you. God’s instruction is our life. Don’t set foot on the path of the wicked. Guard your heart from the wickedness of the world. Finding wisdom is really important. Wisdom is the best thing a person can have. Wisdom helps people make the right decision. I really want more wisdom. It is really really important.
Week 1: Friday: Eccl 12:1-14
ReplyDeleteIn this passage it says to always remember God. It says remember him even in unpleasant years. When everything happens none of it really matters because eat the end everyone will go to their eternal homes. Remember him before you die. Everything is meaningless. God is wise. God will bring every deed into judgment. It doesn’t matter if it’s good or evil.
